Position: Investment Group Specialist
Location: Tbilisi
Main responsibilities:
Develop the Company’s Investment Plan;
Compare each project to the cost estimate;
Ensure and control conformance of actual project performance with approved investment plan;
Participation in annual budgeting process;
Prepare and deliver reports on financial performance and development objectives for internal purpose and for inclusion in reports to the fund`s board and investors;
To compare the company's capital expenditures with planned data on a monthly basis;
Qualification and Skills:
Business administration, graduate student/bachelor's degree;
Knowledge of the state language, knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage;
Good knowledge of office programs (special attention will be paid to the knowledge of Excel);
Good communication skills;
Responsible;
