Position: Investment Group Specialist
Location: Tbilisi

Main responsibilities:

• Develop the Company’s Investment Plan;

• Compare each project to the cost estimate;

• Ensure and control conformance of actual project performance with approved investment plan;

• Participation in annual budgeting process;

• Prepare and deliver reports on financial performance and development objectives for internal purpose and for inclusion in reports to the fund`s board and investors;

• To compare the company's capital expenditures with planned data on a monthly basis;                                                                                   

Qualification and Skills:

• Business administration, graduate student/bachelor's degree;

• Knowledge of the state language, knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage;

• Good knowledge of office programs (special attention will be paid to the knowledge of Excel);

• Good communication skills;

• Responsible;

• Time management
